I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Kopaonik that met all my criteria. The rooms were immaculately clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I highly recommend getting a relaxing massage at the spa. The hotel exceeded my expectations for its price range. I can't wait to come back in January!

Although sometimes understaffed, the receptionists were incredibly kind and professional. Our spacious and modern room, equipped with underfloor heating and a large balcony, offered breathtaking views. the restaurant was exceptional, serving a diverse menu of delicious food and local wines. the spa and two swimming pools were a perfect way to relax after a day in the mountains.

The massage therapist was inexperienced, and the massage session we had wasn't as relaxing as we hoped.

This hotel had some amazing qualities to make our Easter weekend enjoyable. the indoor pool was great, providing a perfect place to relax and swim. Another highlight was the restaurant, which had a good selection of meals to choose from. The location was ideal, situated near a convenience store, and had a free shuttle service to take us to the ski area. the hotel staff were friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions or needs we had.

There were a couple of drawbacks to our stay. The breakfast had limited options, which became repetitive after a few days.

Spent Christmas at a hotel that wasn't quite what I expected, but pleasantly surprised me in some areas. the staff was friendly and helpful despite the hotel's shortcomings. the food was delicious and the pool was a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The hotel needs improvement in several areas, particularly its amenities. the rooms were lacking in some basic necessities, such as bedside lamps and enough hangers for coats and towels.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, tidy, and well-equipped with comfortable beds, a kingsize double and a large sofa that pulls out into a bed with luxurious additional memory foam mattresses. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a clean indoor swimming pool, a large jacuzzi, a salt room, a fantastic sauna, a steam room. The hotel offered free parking, and the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, with free shuttle services available to the nearby skiing area and a convenience store for essentials nearby.

Nothing that we didn't like.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a luxurious 4-star hotel in an idyllic location surrounded by beautiful nature. The staff here went above and beyond to make sure I had a delightful experience. The rooms were new, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with cozy beds and all necessary amenities. The spa and pool area were a fantastic extra, and I found myself spending a lot of time relaxing there. The restaurant had a varied menu, offering both local delicacies and other delicious dishes. The staff in the restaurant were also very accommodating and great with kids. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone.
